As you will be aware the Omicron variant of Covid-19 is putting significant strain on staffing levels across businesses in the UK and in the NHS in particular. At Shore Medical we currently have more than 20 administrative staff as well as several members of the clinical team away from work having tested positive. As such it may take longer than usual for your call to be answered or prescriptions to be prepared.
