When we're open and what to do if we're closed
Weekends, Bank Holidays & Evenings.
During the weekend and out of normal surgery hours (8.00am to 6.30pm), the Dorset and Somerset Urgent Care Service looks after the needs of our patients.
If you require URGENT medical attention or advice that cannot wait until the surgery is open, you should call the NHS 111 on 111.
If you are SERIOUSLY ILL or have had a SERIOUS ACCIDENT, then call 999 and ask for an AMBULANCE.

How to get a test
Stay at home if you have either:
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
If you live with someone who is 70 or over, has a long-term condition, is pregnant or has a weakened immune system, try to find somewhere else for them to stay for 14 days.
If you have to stay at home together, try to keep away from each other as much as possible.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
Read the NHS advice about staying at home.
Use the 111 coronavirus service
Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.
