The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android.

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

If you already use SystmOnline you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

What the NHS App does

Use the NHS App to:

• get advice about coronavirus – get information about coronavirus and find out what to do if you think you have it
• order repeat prescriptions – see your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to
• book appointments – search for, book and cancel appointments at your GP surgery, and see details of your upcoming and past appointments
• check your symptoms – search trusted NHS information and advice on hundreds of conditions and treatments, and get instant advice or medical help near you
• view your medical record – securely access your GP medical record, to see information like your allergies and your current and past medicines
• register your organ donation decision – choose to donate some or all of your organs and check your registered decision
• find out how the NHS uses your data – choose if data from your health records is shared for research and planning

Airmid

Airmid is the new patient facing app to support all of your healthcare needs.

Patients can take control of their own healthcare and engage with their own care team. From appointment booking to video consultations and wearable integrations.

SystmOnline

Alternatively, you can register for SystmOnline to book appointments and get repeat prescriptions: SystmOnline.

How to Use SystmOnline

To start using the Service click here.

If you do not have a username and password, contact your practice to register for SystmOnline.

Text Service

If we have a mobile telephone number recorded in your records, then we will send you a text reminder a few days before your booked appointments. If for any reason you do not need the appointment then please text back the single word CANCEL, this will then automatically cancel the appointment & make it available for other patients to book. We will also use your mobile phone number to text invites for any appropriate vaccinations (e.g. seasonal flu vaccinations), to inform you of your test results & remind you of check-ups that you may need to book. Occasionally we may text you questions regarding your health & lifestyle which will keep your records up-to-date without the need for you to attend the surgery. If you wish to opt out of the texting service, simply text back STOP.

MJog Messenger App

MJog messenger is a free, secure app for patients to allow quick and easy two-way communications with the practice.

Why you should install MJog Messenger

• It is free and makes responding to messages extremely quick and easy
• Get your health information direct (including results and reviews)
• Instant notifications let you know when a new message is received
• Saves you time and no text charges
• Messages are sent securely, and you can add additional PIN protect access to MJog Messenger
