The times that we offer Shore Online Access will be changing from Monday 24th October. This is in line with the assessment of the most beneficial use of the platform to our patients and our staff.
You will now be able to submit an online access request at the following times:
- Monday to Thursday – 07:30 – 19:30
- Friday – 07:30 – 17:00
We are confident that Klinik is a better system for patients and staff alike and supports our aspiration to support the best patient care possible. The platform still works in the same way in that it requests information that allows us to direct your issue to the best person in an appropriate timescale. You will be asked for the same information be it online, on the phone or in person.
